Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2025

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, firm name, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as features used, pages visited, and actions taken within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Clario service, process payments, send transactional emails (invoices, contract signing links), and communicate important updates about your account.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Client data you enter — matters, invoices, contracts — is accessible only to your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data they process.

5. Client Data Confidentiality

We understand that attorney-client privilege is paramount. We do not read, analyze, or share the content of your matters, documents, or client communications. Your client data belongs to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.
