How do I reset my password?+

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password?' — we'll send a reset link to your email.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → 'Manage or cancel subscription'. You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Can I change my plan?+

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → 'Manage or cancel subscription' to upgrade or downgrade.

How does the 14-day free trial work?+

Your card is required to start but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before that and you'll never pay.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each attorney's data is completely isolated — no other user can ever access it.

How do I invite a client to the portal?+

Open a matter, go to the 'Portal' tab, and enter your client's email. They'll receive an invitation link automatically.

How do I send an invoice?+

Go to Invoices, create a new invoice, and click 'Send by email'. The invoice is delivered directly to your client.
